Lance Switzer (Technical Coordinator) has had a long, varied career. Starting at Parma City School District as audio video technician and theatre technical
director. Moved onto Cinecraft Productions in all aspects of audio and video production including producing and directing. Then to CPS Meetings as executive producer of large scale event sales meetings. Spent several years at EDR Media as event producer for corporate special events. Switched to Vincent Lighting Systems as theatrical and architectural lighting project department manager. Along the way, performed or did lighting design at area community theatres for several decades.
